As Senior UX Designer, I led design efforts within the B2B mobile app—translating vast, technical product data into a clear, efficient experience tailored to professional customers.
Discovery & Strategy
Conducted in-depth UX audits to assess the mobile app’s performance and friction points.
Collaborated with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to map the end-to-end parts search and order flow.
Reviewed legacy catalog data structures to identify opportunities for improved filtering and predictive search.
Interviewed B2B users to understand their workflows, ordering patterns, and time constraints.
Designing For Performance
The redesign focused on search results and product detail pages — two of the most critical interaction points for AutoZone’s B2B customers.
Key improvements included:
Streamlined navigation between vehicles, categories, and compatible parts.
Enhanced product discovery with predictive search and fitment-based filters.
Simplified product detail layouts to emphasize price, compatibility, and availability.
Added dynamic inventory and “nearby store” data to support real-time decision-making.
These enhancements helped align the digital experience with the speed and precision demanded by professional users.
Testing & Iteration
Partnered with B2B field testers and shop owners to validate new flows in real-world environments.
Built interactive prototypes in Figma to rapidly test and refine key features.
